I seek to empower my clients and help foster self-awareness so that they can accomplish their goals and live healthier lives.

I have extensive clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in various diverse levels of care and treatment settings. As a therapist, I can provided a safe supportive space for individuals to process their thoughts and feelings.

My approach is to utilize my training and certification in Cognitive behavior therapy and TEAM-CBT which is shown to help you learn new ways of thinking, behaving, feeling and ultimately help you work through irrational thoughts.

In therapy, you will learn skills to manage feeling overwhelmed with life circumstances, challenges, and daily situations that can cause heightened emotional responses such as sadness, anger, shame, and insecurity with a goal of improving how you feel.
Individual
Individual counseling is a joint process and personal opportunity to receive support and experience growth during difficult times. Individual counseling can help people overcome obstacles and learn tools to deal with many personal challenges such as anger, depression, anxiety, substance use, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting, school difficulties and career changes.
Family/Group
Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members. Family therapy aims to improve communications, understand family systems that need adjusting, as opposed to viewing problems as residing in the person. Whether families are experiencing growth or various transitions, family therapy can help settle family dysfunction and improve equilibrium.
Frequently asked questions
What should I expect at my first appointment?
During the first session, your therapist will ask questions to understand what you’re struggling with and what has brought you to therapy. We will discuss some of your past symptoms and experiences as well as how your symptoms and/or feelings are manifesting today. A comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment inquiring about presenting concerns as well as your background and history will be completed.
How long are sessions?
Sessions occur on a weekly basis, for 45 minutes. Treatment timeline is unique for everyone and is based off individual needs and goals.
Do you provide in person sessions?
Trifecta Counseling LLC is a telehealth only practice, providing treatment for clients who reside in NJ.Sessions are conducted virtually, in the comfort of your own home, using a HIPAA compliant platform.
Billing Information
Trifecta Counseling LLC is an out of network provider. The practice will provide clients with a super bill for all treatment received in efforts to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if eligible. In order to determine what your insurance will cover, you will need to call your insurance company directly to inquire about coverage for out-of-network telehealth therapy sessions. Sessions are 45 in length. Payments are due at the time of the appointment and cash, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment

Your information is stored in the secure, HIPPA protected, confidential online platform that the practice uses. Any outstanding balances must be paid for before proceeding with sessions.
